Classes are £5, or included with the relevant Membership.
All Abilities are welcome!
You will not need any specific Equipment as we have everything to spare!
Wear comfortable sports clothing!
The Youngest age we can accept in class is 16.

Payments:
Class payments can be made either through the booking website, in cash or by card upon arrival.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, you can do so via our booking website or through the confirmation email you receive following a booking. Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can cancel the booking for you.
The cut-off for class cancellations is 1 hour. Inside of an hour, unfortunately you will not be able to cancel, please contact us and we will do this for you. We will only charge you if you cancel less than an hour before the class start time, and the class is otherwise fully booked.

BJJ / MMA Grappling ...
What can you expect in this session?:
Approx 5 minutes warming up with practical movements.
Practising the demonstrated techniques with 1 or multiple training partners.
Usually ending with 10 minutes of optional rolling (sparring), or games depending on those in attendance.
Wrestling / MMA Grappling ...
What can you expect in this session?:
Approx 5 minutes warming up with practical movements.
Practising the demonstrated techniques with 1 or multiple training partners.
Usually ending with 10 minutes of optional wrestling, or games depending on those in attendance.
Muay Thai / MMA Striking ...
Equipment:
We have spare wraps, gloves and shin guards, so don’t worry about that! However, if you have your own, please bring them!
What can you expect in this session?:
Approx 5 minutes warming up
Mixing with lots of different partners in the class, practicing techniques either on pads or against a receptive opponent.
Usually ending with 10 minutes of optional sparring, or games depending on those in attendance.
Boxing / MMA Striking ...
Equipment:
We have spare wraps, gloves and shin guards, so don’t worry about that! However, if you have your own, please bring them!
What can you expect in this session?:
Approx 5 minutes warming up
Mixing with lots of different partners in the class, practicing techniques either on pads or against a receptive opponent.
Usually ending with 10 minutes of optional sparring, or games depending on those in attendance.
MMA ...
Equipment:
We have spare gloves and shin guards, so don’t worry about that! However, if you have your own, please bring them!
What can you expect in this session?:
Approx 5 minutes warming up with practical movements.
We use this session to fill the gap between striking and grappling. We practise techniques you may not find in BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai or Boxing. We combine striking and grappling.
Usually ending with 10 minutes of optional sparring, or games depending on those in attendance.
Muay Thai Sparring ...
We recommend that this session is not suitable for complete beginners. But if you have a basic understanding of Striking techniques you’re welcome to attend.
THIS IS NOT A LESSON
Equipment:
We have spare wraps, gloves and shin guards, so don’t worry about that! However, if you have your own, please bring them!
We recommend bringing a gumshield!
We do sell wraps and gumshields. Gumshields, though, are not useable right away, they need to be moulded with hot water.
What can you expect in this session?:
It is an hour dedicated to sparring!
10-15 minutes of specific restrictive rules to warm
up.
A full session of sparring.
Often ending with optional MMA rounds.
You will need to bring a gum shield for full sparring.
No Mouthguard = Body shots only
