Do I need to book?
Yes please! Due to class size limitations you will need to book before attending! Check our classes page to book!
Do I need any equipment?
If you have appropriate equipment, feel free to bring it, but we have spares for everything you will need!
Do I need any prior experience?
Nope! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fighter you're more than welcome!
What is the minimum age for classes?
Unfortunately, under 16's will need a participating adult to join in with the classes. 16 and over's are welcome!
Is the BJJ Gi or No Gi?
All of our BJJ is No Gi as we are an MMA club first!
When is the best time to start?
The best time to start was yesterday! But today will have to do!
Can I come to any of the classes?
You are welcome at any of the classes, though we recommend avoiding the sparring class until you have some experience.
Do I need a membership to attend class?
Nope! A membership or day pass is not at all necessary, but we recommend it as it's an excellent gym! Classes are £5 Pay as you go.
How much are Classes?
Classes are just £5! We also provide monthly membership options. Just check our Classes page for more info
How much is Private Coaching?
Private Coaching is just £35 per hour. You can do 1-1 coaching or split the cost with friends.

Which Martial Art should I try first?
There's really no right or wrong answer to this one. Each Martial Art has it's own pro's and cons. We're an MMA club, so we believe that covering all aspects of the fight is the best way to go! So try them all!
What is MMA?

Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! All of our classes are beginner friendly, though we would suggest avoiding the sparring class until you have a little experience!
What can I expect in my first session?
During your first MMA class, you can expect a warm welcome from our friendly instructors and fellow members. The class will typically involve a combination of warm-up exercises, technique drills, partner training, and conditioning exercises. Our coaches will ensure a safe and supportive environment for you to learn and grow.
Is it safe?

Can I train primarily for fitness?
